Marilyn "Addie" Corrigan, OTR/L CHT

Marilyn (Addie) Corrigan, OTR/L CHT

Addie has been working as an Occupational Therapist since 1991. In 1997 she achieved the rigorous designation of Certified Hand Therapist, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and theory in upper quadrant rehab. She has worked in hospital and private orthopedic practice settings treating mainly upper extremity orthopedic patients. Addie spent nine years involved in a state level professional organization working on legislative issues and planning continuing education courses.

In 2000, she completed a 500 hour massage program. This was the start of Addie's holistic approach to health and wellness. Since then she has attended a wide range of workshops on nutrition, herbal medicine and Qi-Gong. She has also worked with her husband to raise their son on a real food diet. This includes participating in community supported agriculture, local farm co-ops, and volunteering for the local chapter of the Weston A. Price foundation. She is excited to be a part of the rehab team at IW, and looks forward to bringing a holistic perspective that is also grounded in extensive experience and advanced studies.
