“Could anyone have a better life?” smiles Barb Hayes. She has been studying Pilates since 2001 and is certified in the Polestar Method. Pilates for Golf, Exercise for Older Adults and Muscle Activation for the Lower Extremities are her other areas of body education. Additionally, Barb is trained in the Yamuna Body Rolling Technique, which she incorporates into her sessions with excellent results.
Barb holds a bachelor’s degree in child psychology and has many years experience teaching early childhood education. Always active, Barb says, “This movement is a path to life-long flexibility and strength.”
