We are delighted to have Cheryl's wonderful poise and presence infused with her diverse experience at IW!! Cheryl Tucker recently relocated to her homestate of Michigan after living in Pennsylvania for the last 12 years. She brings over 20 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a variety of settings. She brings over 10 years experience in the study and application (both rehab and fitness) of Pilates and is certified through PHI Pilates. She has additional Pilates coursework in pre/postnatal Pilates, small props, Pilates with the ball and integration training. She holds additional fitness and Yoga certifications as well. Her vast experience and true joy in the blending of Pilates and Rehab shine through in her work!
