You may be surprised to learn Paula’s background includes 15 years as a court reporter. While in that environment, she gained great appreciation for the physical and emotional well being of the working professional. Paula is also an avid golfer and recognizes the importance of core strength, balance, muscle flexibility and overall fitness as critical elements to maintaining a healthy body for daily living.
Paula is a Certified Pilates instructor trained in the Polestar method. She has been associated with Functional Fitness since 2003. Paula teaches a variety of classes working with those who are new to the world of Pilates as well as advanced students. She also works one-on-one with individuals which involves taking a client’s goals and designing a program to meet their individual needs in preparing and maintaining their body for daily living so they may continue to enjoy the activities they pursue throughout their lifetime.
