To access our inspiring movement modalities, you must first schedule a one-hour assessment. This provides an opportunity to gain valuable insights into how your body functions, and into any challenges preventing it from optimal function. This one-hour detailed analysis of your current life habits, previous health history and biomechanical tendencies provides a wealth of information — more, many of clients report, than they have ever received from an exercise or health program. Once the assessment is completed, we will guide you into the appropriate direction (private sessions, group classes, etc.) to give you the most positive experience on your path to reconnecting to joyful movement and living!
After your initial assessment, Inspired Wellness can create a movement program for your use at home. Our inspired practitioners draw from a variety of modalities to design a routine customized to meet your specific needs — whether it be stretching, preparation for a sport, strengthening, toning, healing or a combination of goals. You take home a written program detailing your exercises, complete with key points to remember and some illustrations. This is a great way to supplement your in-center sessions, or to stay with your program while traveling. Home program design is done in a private session.
Try our monthly CORE workshop to get a preview of our services and spirit before embarking on your assessment. This informative and engaging postural workshop will introduce you to the highly effective realm of “mindful movement” applied to everyday postures and positions.
