Welcome to Functional Fitness/Inspired Wellness, a holistic center created to support you on the fulfilling lifelong journey toward greater health and vibrancy. Offering a unique alternative to traditional fitness facilities, we treat your body and your spirit with healing modalities, movement techniques and life empowerment work.
We welcome people of every age from 8 to 108 and at any point in the wellness spectrum. Many come seeking alternatives for recovery from illness or injury. Some start by seeking fitness.
