Kelly has training in pelvic floor rehab (through Diane Lee and Janet Hulme), Integrative Manual Therapy, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage, Muscle Activation Technique, Kinesio taping and other holistic, non-invasive therapies.

Pre & Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for Menopause

Instructor Training

Approximately 2 times per year IW hosts the Center for Women’s Fitness Pre & Post Natal Pilates Instructor Certification. The three-day course covers all the information from the Pelvic Floor, Pre Natal and Post Natal courses and healing exercises for Diastasis Recti, C section and Pubic Symphysis Derangement. The Pilates for Menopause training is offered every 12-18 months at IW.
