Getting Intentional

Don't cry over spilled Water! Embrace the Process INstead!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
     I have this well loved journal that I have recorded my feelings, challenges and INtentions in for many years. I reach for this before doing a "BALANCE". I go to BALANCES when I'm feeling overwhelemd/stressed and looking for peace and calm. Or when I'm desiring to tap into my deepest creative resources.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
     Recently before embarking on a pre-writing BALANCE I decided to look back through and take note of what I've experienced and moved through. I came to a section where I had spilled water. The old me would have been frustrated that I couldn't make it all out.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
     The evolved, INtegrated me knows that the Balance was profound at that time and it was about the Process of recording, not the record itself. Process not Outcome based work is where it's at my friends!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
